Tuition  
When is the Tuition Deadline? Tuition is due in full a few weeks prior to the start of classes.
When is the deadline? Payment deadlines are always 1PM on the due date.
What happens if I miss the deadline or have not signed a payment plan agreement? You will be dropped from the current semester course(s) and will need to pay an additional $45 re-registration fee to register for available classes.
When does Financial Aid show on my account?  Anticipated aid reflects on student account as soon as it processes. Financial aid (including Pell Grants and scholarships) are posted/disbursed in the fifth week of classes.
 Tuition Adjustments  
Will Dropping courses or withdrawing from classes impact my financial aid? Yes, withdrawing from courses after receiving financial aid/disbursements may result in the repayment of aid funds to the college. 
Will I receive a reduction in instructional and genral charges if I drop or withdraw from courses? The tuition adjustment amount is based on the date of drop or withdrawal.
Payment Plans  
Do You Need a Payment Plan? The payment plan is designed to cover your full tuition balance, no matter how it will eventually be paid—whether by financial aid, scholarships, or personal payments. Payment plans will be assessed a fee of $30.
  If your preliminary financial aid is enough to cover your tuition, you do not need to enroll in a payment plan—even if one is available.
 Payment Options  
  You’re not required to follow the preset monthly schedule.
  You can make one payment or multiple payments, as long as your balance is paid in full by 1:00 PM on the due date. 
How do I set up a payment plan? Log onto My ZSC, navigate from Students>My Finances>My Financial Account>Payment Plans.
